FiberCatch was founded with a singular vision: to stop the flow of microplastics into our oceans.

The idea came to life in Entrepreneurship and business development class at Porsgrunn Videregående, where our founders realized that one of the largest sources of marine plastic pollution wasn't plastic bottles, but the clothes on our backs.

Every time we wash synthetic fabrics, thousands of tiny fibers are released into water systems, too small for sewage treatment plants to catch.

We decided to build the last line of defense—right in your home.
